I don't think over the past 21 years there has been a day where I don't think about how blessed I have been to be a mother. I know I couldn't be luckier to have a daughter like Chantel. She may dress and sometimes look a little outragous (which I honestly love, I love that she is brave enough to be different) She has the biggest heart of anyone I know, she is gentle, kind and loving and oh so wise for her age. She has a smile that could melt ice and eyes that seem like she is looking right into your soul. I couldn't be prouder of this amazing young lady that I get to call my daughter. I think this is where my photography bug started. I got a new camera and asked her to pose for me...and this is what I got.

While we try to teach our children all about life,

I love taking close ups of flowers, most of these are from my own yard.......Don't forget to hug a tree....You will be amazed at how good it makes you feel :)
